Bazaar goings on helps Scout group

Selkirk Scout Group would like to thank everyone who supported their stall at the Rotary Charity Bazaar where, a total of £205.85 was raised.

The hamper donated by Sainsbury’s was won by Elaine Bunyan.

The picture, right, shows Derek Brown and Ruth Smith setting up the stall to help raise funds for the Scout Hall Roof which needs to be replaced at a cost of £24,000.

Fundraising continues with the Scout Christmas Post, which is well under way with boxes located at A-Z Stores, Bannerfield; Mungo Park Court; Rodgersons; Shoeworld; Raeburn Spar and Thornfield House. Last posting date is Thursday, December 13.

We would like to thank everyone who has supported us over the past year.
