Letter to the Editor

We would like to thank everyone who came to the Knowepark Primary School Fundraising Group’s coffee morning on January 26 in the parish church hall.

We raised the fantastic sum of £585 and took a further £273 in Funmats orders which will generate more funds as the orders are processed.

We would like to thank all our adult and child helpers who made the event such a success. Also a big thank you to everyone who baked for us.

The money raised will be used towards the purchase of a second interactive whiteboard or smartboard.

The school was presented with a cheque for £3,000 at the end of last term following our Christmas fair and is in the process of acquiring a smartboard with that money. This is helping the school in its aim to have a smartboard in every classroom by the end of the school year.
