Wheelie bin rubbish
I WAS horrified to take an delivery of a new wheelie bin and a pathetic bag to put my so called "recycled" rubbish in. I would invite the local government to tell the public just how much this scheme cost. I could have saved them the bother as I burn 90 per cent of my waste in a solid fuel burner.
