Selkirk Playpark Project bags £250k Big Lottery funding

SELKIRK Playpark Project is celebrating after securing £250,000 from the Big Lottery Fund today.

The cash means the £335,000 scheme will go ahead and is expected to be opened in the autumn.

Margaret Sweetnam, vice chair of the project team, said it was another piece of good news for Selkirk after £1.35m was secured to regenerate the centre of the town.
