Hawick man, 44, denies rucksack theft
A Hawick man will stand trial on a charge of stealing a rucksack and its contents from the cab of a bus.
Dean Palmer, 44, of Earl Street, denies the offence which is alleged to have been committed in Mart Street, Hawick, on February 13.
A trial date has been set for July 11 at Jedburgh Sheriff Court, with an intermediate hearing on June 12.
