Interim road ban imposed on Innerleithen driver
A man will be sentenced next month for driving a car while under the influence of drink or drugs.
Ryan Henderson, 35, of Miller Street in Innerleithen, had previously admitted that offence, committed on the A7 road at Middleton on August 20.
Selkirk Sheriff Court was told that background reports previously ordered were not available yet so the case was continued until February 10.
An interim driving disqualification was also imposed.
