Kelso 78-year-old fined £300 and banned from road for dangerous driving on A698
A self-employed tour guide has been fined £300 for dangerous driving on the A698 Jedburgh-Kelso road.
Stuart Usher, 78, pleaded guilty to committing that offence on September 22 by overtaking two vehicles in the face of oncoming traffic, including a police car.
Usher, of Kelso, was disqualified from driving for 12 months at Jedburgh Sheriff Court as well as being fined.
