David taps into Edinburgh Tattoo
SELKIRK soldier Trooper David Richardson performed at this year's Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo.
Trooper Richardson, 22 is lead side drummer with the pipes and drums of the Royal Scots Dragoon Guards regiment which is based in Fallingbostel, Germany.
He has been a member of the regiment for six years and said: "The tattoo was great and it was a wonderful honour to be a member of the massed pipes and drums as we played on the Edinburgh Castle Esplanade at the world famous tattoo."
