Selkirk Community Council meets in the committee room of the Victoria Halls on Monday at 7pm.
Agenda items include the proposed closure by Police Scotland of the public counter at the town’s police station in Scott’s Place and a report by a local officer on activities in the burgh.
Scottish Borders Councillors Michelle Ballantyne, Vicky Davidson and Gordon Edgar are scheduled to provide reports.
There will be updates from the Hill Management Committee and the group that oversees the evening study classes.
Any planning applications from the town will be tabled and discussed and there will be a report from the treasurer Tommy Combe.
Last month’s meeting was cancelled because there was not a quorum of members.
