Positive predictions for property

SOLD 2014

SOLD 2014

There is a general consensus that Scotland and the Borders has seen an encouraging start to 2014

So if you are considering a sale this year now is the ideal time to put things in motion in the run up to the traditionally popular spring selling season.

CKD Galbraith saw an improvement in the Borders property market over the last quarter of 2013, completing 18 per cent more sales than the same quarter of 2012 and conducting 42 per cent more viewings over the same period.

Alex Inglis, Head of Agency in the Kelso office, believes that the forecast is bright for those looking to sell in the coming months, but cautions that selecting an agent with accurate knowledge of the market in order to set a prudent target price and give honest advice is of paramount importance.

If you are thinking of selling or would like advice on marketing your property, contact Alex Inglis on 01573 224244, email: alex.inglis@ckdgalbraith.co.uk, or visit www.ckdgalbraith.co.uk
