RSS

RSS (or Really Simple Syndication) is an easy system that allows you to subscribe to the headlines on your favorite websites. It means you can see the new content from all of your favourite websites in one place.

All you need is a program known as a feed reader or aggregator. It will check a list of RSS feeds on your behalf and display any updated articles that it finds.

Some internet browsers have a feed reader built in. You can also download a reader onto your computer. Or you can use online services that don't require you to download any software. To find the right reader for you, we suggest doing a web search.

On Web sites, you will find RSS feeds by clicking on an orange button marked 'RSS'.
