BORDERS MP Michael Moore will present the first Selkirk viewing of an acclaimed film focusing on climate change.
The Age of Stupid will be shown tonight at the Dry Bar, with Mr Moore providing an introduction to the film.

It stars Pete Postlethwaite who plays an old man in the year 2055, asking why climate change was not tackled in 2008.

Financed by supporters who bought shares in the movie, The Age of Stupid held its premiere in London in a solar-powered tent.

Entry for tonight’s showing is by donation, with money raised going towards Rowland’s Summer Arts Project which supports young people aged 12 to 18 years. Tonight’s screening, put together by Rowland’s Dry Bar and Selkirk Plastic Bag Free, begins at 7.30pm.
