The Weavers Incorporation's 400th anniversary will be celebrated at a dinner-dance at the rugby club on September 27.
A toast to The Weavers will be proposed by Ian Landles with a reply by Richard Bell, followed by dancing to CalMusic. Catering will be by Graham Coulson.

Tickets are available to members and friends by contacting Keith Miller on 21527. Numbers are limited, so early booking is recommended.

Members who have raffle tickets are reminded that all money and unsold tickets should be returned by September 20.
