Souter Scots head to Emerald Isle

A TRIO of Selkirk hockey high flyers set out for Ireland this week to play in their various age groups at national level.

Sarah Robertson (senior women), Emily Newlands (under-18 ladies) and Morven Cawthorn (under-16 development) are all on international duty over the weekend at various locations.

Sarah plays for Scotland against Ireland in two tests on Friday and Saturday, while Emily’s age-group side plays them in three tests on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Both girls will play at Lisnagarvey High School in Lisburn. Morven also has three games at her venue of Jordanstown University.
