Scott’s Selkirk is once again twinning up with folk music festival Selkirk Sessions this year.
Selkirk steps back into Sir Walter Scott’s days on Saturday, October 8, while the Sessions take place from October 7-9.
Period costumes are now available for hire from the Scott’s Selkirk shop at 18 Market Place.
During Scott’s Selkirk, the free talk in the library at 3pm is ‘Walter Scott, Thomas Pringle and Abbotsford’, by Dr Malcolm Morrison, Abbotsford tour guide, and there will again be performances of two cases in Walter Scott’s Courtroom, including, new for this year The Strange Encounter.
